Currently going through some unexpected repairs in the bathroom. Needed to get a few replacement tiles and thought they were the same as the spares we had under the house. Tiles were a strange size (4050x300). NQ Tiles were the only shop able to get us the right size tiles. Unfortunately, we learnt the spares were for our kitchen which are in fact different to the rest of the house. NQ Tiles then helped us source the right size tiles. Only problem when comparing them to the bathroom was a lack of ripple. Given they were’t right for our needs, NQ Tiles were kind enough to take them back from us. Tara and Richard both provided excellent service and we left feeling valued. Thank you for your patience, we will certainly be back in the future.

I was very impressed with the young man who went out of his way to find the perfect tiles for our bathroom renovation. He fetched and carried samples and provided lots of good advice. He even carried samples to our car so we could view them at home. The range of tiles is extensive.
